Shipping, returns and payment methods

• PENINSULA SHIPPING:

Shipping costs are €9.00 for all products. From €50 shipments are free.  

  If you want to place an order from the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, send us an email to info.solariderteam@gmail.com.

The packages are sent by certified mail.

Delivery can take between a minimum of 3 to 7 days from receipt of payment, business days in a regular situation. In festive seasons or periods of high demand they can be extended for a maximum of 2 weeks.

• PAYMENT METHODS:

It will be done by credit card

The prices that appear in our store always include VAT.

• RETURNS:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days to notify us in writing to return the product. The product must not have been used, and must come with the original packaging.
As soon as we receive the returned merchandise, and check its condition, we will refund the full amount of your purchase. (Shipping costs will not be refunded and a cost of €10 will be applied to the return).

Any return is canceled once the product has been modified or manipulated from its original state.
