    We will gladly accept returns and exchanges up to fourteen (14) days after

    pay, or receive a coupon with no expiration date for the same amount of the
    return.

    Refunds are made within the first five (5) business days
    after the return is approved. Depending on the customer's bank,
    you will be able to view the movement in your account between ten (10) and fifteen (15) days
    business days after the refund has been made.
    Promotional cards and how to redeem them
    The
    promotional cards are cards that are attached to orders placed
    with
    anteriority. They can only be redeemed to buy products from
    Solarider Team, and not to purchase additional promotional cards.

    in advance by transfer, the refund will be sent to the account from the
